The Poplar, located in Philadelphia, underwent an extraordinary transformation from an abandoned warehouse into a stunning, Baja Resort-inspired rooftop. This jaw-dropping space now serves as a serene escape, offering residents breathtaking panoramic views of the city and waterfront below.

Our LevelPro Pedestals and FRP101 Porcelain Support Tray were essential in achieving the rooftop's sophisticated design. The pedestal system provided a solid foundation for the large-format porcelain pavers, ensuring stability while maintaining proper drainage.

The design incorporates a multi-tiered deck, made possible through an advanced engineering substructure that elevated the existing deck levels, creating a unique and elevated outdoor experience.
