The development features expansive rooftop courtyards and walkways, where our pedestal support system played a crucial role in ensuring the durability and design flexibility of the outdoor spaces. The system was designed to support large-format concrete pavers and turf areas, allowing the architecture to reflect both the area’s industrial heritage and the modern lifestyle of its residents.
Matson Mill, a modern apartment community in Conshohocken, blends rich industrial history with contemporary living, offering a unique living experience on the site of a former woollen mill.
