This 9,000 SF rooftop terrace at 201 S Tryon was transformed into a sophisticated outdoor amenity space using Layr Systems elevated paving solutions. The project features our LevelPro Pedestal System, providing a stable, adjustable, and fully accessible raised deck assembly that accommodates drainage and rooftop infrastructure while delivering a perfectly level finished surface.

The design incorporates a combination of 24” x 48” Linen Porcelain Pavers from the Pescara Series and 24” x 24” Fossil Porcelain Pavers from the Mountain Series, creating a clean, contemporary aesthetic with subtle natural stone textures and complementary tones. Both paver selections offer exceptional durability, slip resistance, low maintenance requirements, and long-term performance in demanding rooftop environments.
