The roof deck was set at a height of 48″ which accommodates deeper pools and enough space for pool piping, helped meet the projects functional and aesthetic needs.
The One Thousand One Residents project is the largest residential development to date in the city of Philadelphia, offering over 140,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities for residents. The project includes 13,000 square feet of pool and rooftop decks, where custom pedestal and reinforced tray systems were utilized to create durable, elevated surfaces.
On grade scope of work included bituminous set pavers at the sidewalks of Broad & Washington streets and a custom inlay at the main entrance.
