Surface Options:

Gritted Surface

A durable quartz-grit layer is bonded to the top of the FRP panel, creating a highly slip-resistant walking surface engineered for demanding environments. The aggressive texture provides exceptional traction in wet, oily, or icy conditions and typically achieves R13 wet/oil ramp and P5 wet pendulum ratings. This is our highest-performance option for safety-critical areas.

Smooth Surface

After curing, the concave finish is machine-sanded to a completely flat profile and sealed with a resin topcoat. This creates a clean, uniform appearance suitable for architectural or design-driven applications, where visual consistency and a refined surface are priorities.
