Our deepest Micro-Mesh panel, delivering maximum rigidity and superior load distribution. The tighter grid pattern minimizes deflection under concentrated loads and provides excellent support for thin materials, cut pieces, or mixed-size paver layouts. Ideal for high-traffic or heavy-duty installations. Size we recommend Artificial Turf applications.

A lighter-profile Micro-Mesh option that balances strength, weight, and versatility. Perfect for rooftop decks, amenity spaces, and areas where enhanced surface coverage is important but a full 1.5" depth is not required. Supports improved stability for smaller paver modules and accessories. Size we recommend Artificial Turf applications.

Surface Options:

Gritted Surface

A durable quartz-grit layer is bonded to the top of the FRP panel, creating a highly slip-resistant walking surface engineered for demanding environments. The aggressive texture provides exceptional traction in wet, oily, or icy conditions and typically achieves R13 wet/oil ramp and P5 wet pendulum ratings. This is our highest-performance option for safety-critical areas.

Smooth Surface

After curing, the concave finish is machine-sanded to a completely flat profile and sealed with a resin topcoat. This creates a clean, uniform appearance suitable for architectural or design-driven applications, where visual consistency and a refined surface are priorities.
